Pros: - Good colleagues - Good benefits - Good atmosphere - Healthcare - Good work-life balance

Cons: - Intranet is a mess; can't find anything on it. - Latest selling Oracle technology is not available for dev teams naturally; there's a cumbersome approval process for it. - Yearly goals are not really set and tracked; the advancement process is shady at best. - Salaries never increase unless you rank up or change position, which is not discussed how to do so. - Dev teams are spread out around the entire globe, from the West US to India, making cooperation very ineffective.

Pros: There are various intern workshops and social events. The intern management team invited leaders of the company to share their experience and advice. The social events are fun. Oracle supports a fully remote work scheme. There were no hard restrictions on the working hours as long as I got the job done. The colleagues are friendly and helpful. They paid me full respect even though I was just an intern.

Cons: Because Oracle supports a fully remote scheme, colleagues may be in areas with a huge time zone difference. In my case, I have colleagues on the other side of the globe, which sometimes makes it hard and less efficient to communicate promptly.

Pros: You can clearly switch off your work after office timings, and nobody will disturb you after that. You can enjoy your personal time with your family. Quality over quantity is always preferred, which is the standard for almost all product-based industries. Ample time is given for research and POCs.

Cons: The tech stack can be one of the cons, as it's usually Oracle in-house. Increments are not continuous; sometimes you get them, sometimes you don't.
