I applied in July and received a phone interview in mid-October. The recruiter was very nice and helped me improve my resume.

Two weeks later, I had the technical interview. They sent me a take-home project to demo during the panel interview.

During the interview, I was also asked Java-related questions and about my resume. Everyone was very nice and friendly, making the process easy. The recruiter was also very friendly and responded quickly to my emails.

While it was disappointing not to get the position, it was definitely a great learning experience.

The phone screen focused on behavioral questions, such as career goals. The technical portion covered Java-based questions and topics from my resume.
