The HR department's performance was unsatisfactory. Despite understanding my expectations, they delayed for nearly a month, stating they were seeking a candidate with lower qualifications. The Director was rude and focused questions around expected CTC. There was a clear lack of professionalism from both HR and the Director. They unfairly blamed me for requesting a standard salary increase.
