The interview panel comprised two individuals.

My interview tips for being selected by Oracle (the DOs):

• Be honest. If you made a mistake, admit it and explain what you learned from it.
• Be strong in manual testing concepts and terminology, and provide real examples.
• Understand the testing process, though it varies from company to company.

Very routine manual questions were asked:

• Priority
• Severity
• Test plan
• Test strategy
• Test techniques (e.g., ECP, BVA)
• Low severity – high priority incidents
• How to deal with colleagues who are too slow to work with.
• If you created a new concept, explain it. This is always helpful.

Logic is also important.
