SRE/DevOps Engineer Interview Experience - New Delhi, India
Process
The process is very frustrating. HR scheduled a screening round, which I cleared. Then, it took her two weeks to conduct five rounds of interviews: Loop 1, Loop 2, Loop 3, HM, and BT.
All went well, except for one extraordinarily intelligent interviewer who asked nothing related to my resume. Other than that, all rounds went well. It has now been a month with no feedback. The last time I connected with HR, I received the reply that they are still discussing.
They are simply wasting the candidate's time.
