I applied through a project manager. I had two rounds of technical interviews.
There were no questions related to past projects or working experience. They started straight with technical questions and coding exercises.
The interviews were super friendly, as they gave lots of hints throughout the process.

Pros: Experience was positive. Company culture allows you to take time for yourself, but you are expected to complete work on time.
Cons: After my manager told me to reapply for a return position, I was ghosted by the company.
