Pros: Good for those who look for job stability.

Cons: No onsite opportunities outside India.

Pros: Flexibility to pick up technology and work on it. Work-from-home/remote options. Engagement with customers/partners enables building a good network. Lots of time to learn about technology/products and improve technical skills. Seamless interaction with colleagues across the board and exchange of valuable information.

Cons: Lack of direction from management on individual growth. When compared to the market and competitors, salary levels are no match. There is a lack of transparency and process in appraisals, hikes, and bonuses. There is no retention plan whatsoever. If it takes more than 2 months, and sometimes 6 months, to hire or transfer an employee in the name of approvals, something is seriously wrong here. There are no plans, methodologies, or systems to groom future leaders.

Pros: Very good company to work for.

Cons: No cons except salary increments.
