Pros

Good salary, benefits, language courses subsidized by the company on an internal platform, availability of free certification with up to 10 attempts/year for employees. Remote work until March/23 and flexible hybrid from then on.

Cons

Very bad onboarding. Everyone does their own thing separately, and you get lost. They provide a "Best Friend" to guide you upon arrival, but you depend on luck. The hiring process is relatively slow, and when they hire you, that's when they'll ask for a laptop, phone, and other work tools that take a long time to arrive. Meanwhile, you're left without any activity, not even shadowing someone. Zero planning.

The company culture is the famous "self-service" that I've heard from a VP's own mouth, which is actually "self-screw-yourself," because you have to figure out whatever it is on your own.

It doesn't matter if you've been with the company for 1 month or 20 years; the mess is widespread, and ego speaks louder in all departments. Those who know don't pass it on, and those who don't know are sidelined.

Managers don't pay attention, ignore emails, chats, and other communication channels, unless the matter will interfere with their PPR. Finding a people manager is like looking for a needle in a haystack in this company.

The health plan is good, but, unlike other companies, it's not linked to hierarchy. A junior can have a better plan than a senior without plausible justification. You just need to be lucky enough to get into the right department.

Everything is bureaucratic and unequal. The company has various inclusion and diversity campaigns, but they forget the basics, which is to look at the individual instead of putting on a show for the media.

The company makes rivers of money and doesn't even send a panettone to employees at the end of the year. Not even a holiday party.

Advice to Management
