Pathetic hikes, low sense of responsibility, poor learning curve, difficult to relocate to other places, almost no perks (e.g., gifts and other benefits).
More interaction with employees. Provide more recognition for good work.
Should revise the compensation policy from time to time and keep pace with the market.
