Don't fall for fake reviews on Glassdoor

- Worst company to work for. Even TCS/Infosys/Cognizant/Capgemini have better compensation and increments.
- Extremely poor growth.
- The company has a policy of 'external first'.
- Fresh college graduates have double the compensation of existing employees.
- Too much politics.
- Outdated technology is used.
- Paid food. It feels like school where lunchboxes can be seen all around during lunch break.
- Inverse seniority (more experienced employees receive less compensation, less experienced employees receive more compensation).
- Windows workstations only; MacBooks are not an option for employees.
- Highly recommended for people over 50 looking for a retirement company.
All the good reviews posted on Glassdoor are there because the company told employees to post and share screenshots of it. The company is not getting good employees. Even offer letters are being returned.
They don't listen to advice, so there's no use in giving one.
