Employee Friendly, Best workplace for married women.
Compensation and hikes are not good.
Work reviews and performance ratings are not proper.
Please give some authority to juniors also to judge their Team Leaders.
Then Team Leaders cannot behave as if they are rulers and can make us follow any orders they want.
Juniors, because of their positions, have to be quiet or leave the company.
