Not much growth technologically or financially. You will be working on the same technology you started with until you leave, unless you make a conscious effort to shift internally to other teams. There are not many bonuses, just one per year, which might depend on company performance and not yours. I never got mine last year; apparently, it was because I was a fresher. They use this excuse even after 1.5 years of our joining the company.
Give more perks to employees. That will make working for you much, much better!
