After a couple of years, work gets monotonous.
Lack of salary adjustment every year (market correction happens once every 3-4 years).
Please take care of the market correction for senior employees. Many freshers earn much more than what people with 3-5 years of experience earn.
Apart from this, Oracle is a lovely place to work.
