Its good company, and work-life balance is very, very good. You will hike or bonus only if you discuss this with your manager. People who discuss their queries and expectations will get bonuses or hikes.
No yearly hike if you want to ask your manager. This makes no sense, as he will not do anything for you.
When you plan to give some hike or bonus, please consider everyone. Don't do partiality.
