Muy mal pagado, poco crecimiento. No pueden retener, ni les interesa retener, a sus mejores empleados.
Tu sueldo no se mantiene competitivo ni con la inflación.
Paguen lo justo a sus mejores empleados. Mantengan salarios competitivos respecto a otras empresas. Muestren algo de aprecio por sus ingenieros. Den incentivos para seguir trabajando ahí más allá de una mención o unas palmadas en la espalda.
