A lot of nice opportunities with nice benefits: nice medical insurance and free company-wide activities. People there are very nice, always ready to help others. Very good teamwork. I have a very nice manager, and he really considers every member's career development.
Nice training opportunities.
I can hardly find cons for it. I think the main con is that it is too short of new employers' training compared to other companies. Other companies might have a month of new employers' training, but this company only has half a day.
Give more training to graduate students.
