Can't think of anything at all.
Very bad management. They only care about coming to the office and being on time. No leaves or work from home granted whatsoever. Only when it's a serious medical thing are leaves or WFH approved. Even though there is not much work to do, you just have to be in the office from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM just for the sake of it.
