No pros, except an ID card which has an Oracle logo on it.
There is no work-life balance. People are working on very outdated technologies and not even trying to shift to newer ones.
Management is very bad. Your boss will expect you to spend 9-10 hours daily. They don't have new clients. Appraisals are very bad. You will not get paid enough for what you do.
Higher management is worse. They treat ICs like laborers. They don't have a proper way to talk. They don't have proper knowledge of SDLC.
In short, don't go for this company, especially the OBP dev team.
I just want to say that you should get off your office and see the work culture of other companies. Even small startups work far better than you guys.
It's a medium-difficulty interview with two easy and medium-level LeetCode questions. Be prepared with Java and SQL, no matter what. They also ask logical puzzles, so be prepared for that.
It was campus recruitment. There were four rounds of interview, all of them technical for the most part. The last interview included a few HR questions. The major areas of questioning were from: * Java * SQL * Oracle Cloud (OCI)
It consists of 4 rounds. The first round was an aptitude test. It was of average difficulty, and time management is the key to cracking that round. There were 2 technical PIs and 1 HR PI.
