A pathetic company to work for, especially in IDC

No hikes for years!!
I haven't seen any hikes or bonuses in more than 2 years of my working here.
Alarmingly pathetic tech stack. Their tech stack is maybe 2 decades old and still using Linux VMs to write code, which is pathetic and slow.
Total waste of time, especially for young aspiring people and freshers.
Work-life balance was better earlier, but right now, even that is going down the gutter.
This is no longer a product-based company but rather has become a consultancy.
None, as management, anyways, don't listen! Higher management lives in their own cozy bubbles, oblivious to market realities.
