Good work-life balance. I'm lucky to have a good manager. Very good company for freshers from IIT and NIT. Not much to learn. Get to work with some good people.
Pathetic appraisal cycle.
No hikes, no promotions, no bonus.
Lot of politics.
Bad movement of employees from team to team.
Bad HR policies.
Don't expect your employees to stay if you don't pay them well.
