2. Modularity of work. Once you take ownership, nobody will force changes unless you are totally on the wrong line.
3. Very good infrastructure.
4. There is a quick change in case there is any problem.
5. Access to a great knowledge base.

1. Money! Money! Money! Oracle is not competitive when it comes to salary. The starting salary is good, but the recent spate of acquisitions has not left any money to be offered for a pay hike to almost everybody.

2. The work experience has not been taken as a metric while offering renewed compensations. The new hires are worth a lot, but the people already in the company are being ignored.

Respect the experience of the people working in the company for a lengthy time. Don't forget there is a minor thing called "Market Correction".
