Although OFSS is totally not the real "Oracle", you can also write it on your resume. I think it's quite a good experience to do Java development in "Oracle" when you are applying for other software development jobs.
Low pay, push you to do overtime with no pay, and always assign you tasks 10 minutes before you can go back.
Almost every month some developers leave this small team, but they don't care, because there is no difference between a senior developer's job and a junior's.
Manager is rude; the company culture is bad.
Unless you double the employer's salary, I don't think anyone who is able to get PR wants to stay in this company.
