There will be no salary increase for the first 2-3 years after you join Oracle, depending upon your team.
Even if there is a hike, don't expect much. Even if you manage the whole work, they don't care.
Oracle is not loyal to its employees with providing hikes. I have 5+ years of experience and still get 30% less than what Oracle offers for a fresher.
