Health care options, vision, and dental are all great. The new PTO policy is also great. These are extremely common at any tech job. It's hard to give them a pro on these since they are all pretty standard.
It's a miserable place to work.
Expectations are extremely high. Salary is pathetic. RSUs are not an excuse for poor salary. Internal tools are difficult and poorly implemented. Management will insult your questions at all-hands meetings. Promotions are hard to come by and will always have moving goalposts. Priorities for tasks will change every morning.
Find a new place to work. Oracle doesn't deserve your time either.
