I've been at Oracle for about a year now. I joined one of their "Class Of" programs, and it's been great.
The work-life balance is excellent, and all of the people I work with are so nice and caring.
Going into the job, I had read so many bad reviews about the culture and was a little worried. I'm guessing this is team or org dependent, though, because my experiences have been great, and the culture is friendly, helpful, and very supportive.

Offer raises and promotions more frequently.
3 phone calls then overnight/all day interviews at the Austin campus. The overnight portion involved an informal dinner where all the candidates met with associates and interviewers. Oracle covered the hotel, then 9 hours of interviewing on campus st
Three interviews were conducted: * Two over the phone. * One over video call. The first interview was a screening with HR. The second was a behavioral interview with a new hire from the previous year. The final interview was with a director.
They asked about project code and dug more into the project. They also asked HR and behavioral questions in the second round. It depends on the interviewer and your resume. They mainly focus on your resume items.
