Oracle Consulting is more of an experienced-only consulting club. Only a few entry-level people will go far, and that choice is not up to you.

Poor communication from people higher up than your direct manager.
Oracle Consulting is supposed to be a place where feedback is commonplace and is used to better ourselves. I find it weird that when it comes to promotions, pay raises, etc., these are left out. How am I supposed to improve myself when all my colleagues get promoted but I'm left out? I think it's time to stop relying on HR and Finance in determining who gets promoted because they don't know the whole story. All they get are sheets of paper, hardly a human experience, which is the antithesis of one of our 5 C's.
