Almost none. I feel there is no point working here.
Managers are the worst. They did not even let me take leave for my marriage, even though I had not been on sick leave the whole year, nor had I taken vacation leave since my joining.
Here's what my manager said: "If you go on leave, who will work in your place?"
I mean, does he think the bride is replaceable????
Has he gone nuts? Is he even listening to his own words?
My advice: Just do not work in this organization.
People who do not deserve to be managers are given that position. The organization is falling apart due to such people.
It was great, and I was on hold for a while. Later, I was selected. The overall experience was smooth. I had an online coding test for the first round, and then the 2nd and 3rd were face-to-face technical interviews.
First round- 3hr online assessment (English, Aptitude, CS Fundamentals). Second round- Technical interview: Asked questions on DBMS, Java, Sorting Algorithms, etc. Managerial round- Asked about past experience, and the bonus comp, etc. HR round- Nor
It was a very organized and smooth process. The questions were simple and related to the project and skills mentioned in the resume submitted, and simple questions on SQL and string concatenation.
