Great job to get your foot in the door as a consultant. Oracle gives you the training you need in order to get the job done. Good resume builder.
Big, bureaucratic, and political warfare to move up in the company. Bad promotion structure. They literally told us during training that it is good to leave the company then come back, because it is hard to move up in the company otherwise. Would not recommend long term.
Direct Interview with the Team Lead. It was difficult but easy to crack if you are well-prepared regarding the process and company operations. They will also ask you for details about Oracle to gauge your knowledge of the company you applied for. I
It was great, and I was on hold for a while. Later, I was selected. The overall experience was smooth. I had an online coding test for the first round, and then the 2nd and 3rd were face-to-face technical interviews.
For me, there were two phone interviews: one with the recruiter and one with the hiring manager. During the second interview, I was told there were two other candidates being interviewed that day as well, but I received a call by the end of the week
