Pros

Consistent work, good challenges, and very well-established expectations with customers.

Cons

Their support process is a Dilbert cartoon. It seems like every other support case gets punted to an SME who was adopted from an acquisition. Sharing knowledge is uncommon.

Advice to Management

This is the rare case I left a job for bad management. I did leave because it's the most faceless bureaucracy I've encountered. You never know where you stand unless you're in sales.
