Great starter job right out of college.
Overworked, underpaid, not much diversity.
The process started with a written test, followed by a face-to-face technical interview to understand my eagerness to learn technical concepts. Finally, I completed the management round with the director. Everything went really smoothly.
Remote: first interview - HR, second - manager. Third - in-person: technical interview + manager. I was mostly asked about my experience without going into deep technical details. It was an overall positive experience.
Made it through to the last round. The last interview did not go well. The interviewer sounded and acted like he was in a hurry to do something else. Overall, it was a poor experience.
