I love my team and the work I get to do daily.
Upper management does not care at all. When it comes to the engineers, they approach us with a tone as if we did something wrong. Compared to other companies with similar positions, compensation is terrible. We have already seen many engineers leave for other companies.
Learn to take care of your people and compensate them fairly, or other companies out there will.
