Where would I start? Their internal tools are outdated, and there's so much politics within management. Most managers are not fit to be there, and they make wrong decisions. You work 24/7, or it feels like it, but you are treated as if you are supposed to be working that many hours. It's a sweatshop because the company is fundamentally broken, and upper management is clueless.
Nothing to advise; they are not suitable to be in those positions. I cannot see the company surviving with this type of management.
