Não existe Plano de Carreira. Mesmo um funcionário com ótimas avaliações, excedendo as metas e muito qualificado (terminei 3 Pós-Graduações, sendo uma delas um mestrado), a minha prometida promoção ainda não foi liberada após 2 anos fiscais.
Valorização do funcionário que realmente veste a camisa do time, não apenas do "puxa-saco".
Basic: interview with HR, who doesn't even know how to properly explain what the vacancy is about, and then with the direct manager. In some cases, there is also a very superficial technical interview.
Very fast. They asked some key questions, but requested more emphasis on your projects. Quite fast, but I didn't get the job. Be ready to present as fast as possible while keeping your projects relevant to them so you can get the internship there.
The interview process is long, but worth the hustle. Although it takes time, you get to enjoy benefits after it's over and you get accepted. I've personally wanted to work at Oracle and I'm having a really good time.
