3. They expect you to work cross-team or move to a different team and technology without any prior training.
4. More stress is on numbers rather than the quality of work. If you show good numbers in the evaluation matrix, you are considered good.
5. Absolutely no coordination between different teams on which you work on a daily basis.
6. Mostly arrogant managers.

Try to look at the quality of work rather than numbers.

Provide required training to employees which is necessary for daily work.

Find a way to improve cross-team communication.
