Training and development is excellent, as you would be getting trained from Oracle University.
Do not expect any increment after you join. Negotiate as much as you can when you join, because it is sure you will not get an increment for a minimum of two years.
If you are in Consulting, then it's a good place to work, and so with product development. But if you are into support services (especially Cloud Services/On Demand), your life is hell. So, I suggest getting into Oracle SSI/Product development/Testing. Then you will never get such a cool company.
No hike for 2 years or more. Negotiate as much as you can when joining.
Do not join Oracle Cloud Services/On Demand. It is the worst place to work. They really do not care about resources' lives.
Very shrewd and cunning management from top to bottom. Oracle On Demand/Cloud Services is a dumping place for aged people. They will never leave the org till they retire and will play really cheap politics to keep their positions and climb the ladder.
No promotion for at least 3 years. Buttering thereafter might bring some results.
This is Oracle Cloud Services/On-Demand Division.
Please take utmost care regarding resources' personal lives.
Please do not play with bright minds' futures by engaging in dirty and cheap politics; change your views ASAP.

The interview process involved two technical rounds, followed by a Manager round, and finally a Director round. I cleared all four rounds of interviews. After two weeks, the Operations Manager called me and offered a salary. I asked for a hike, but
