Generally a professional environment. Not overworked in my view. I liked it and would like to work there again.
Couldn't make an internal move or get quick enough recognition for promotion.
Pay attention to higher performers and give them recognition.

Software Engineer
Technical Phone Screening 5 loop interviews Offers at the end of the whole process. The interview process was extremely lengthy and slow; be prepared to have a lot of spare time for them. It took around 7 hours of interviews to get an offer.
Software Development Engineer
I applied online and was asked to take an online exam which consisted of 5 sections. I took the test, and the next day, I received a call from Oracle for a face-to-face interview at the Oracle office in Chennai.
