The process was good and with an average difficulty. During the meeting with the manager, I found him to be rude, and we didn't see eye to eye, so I did not accept the offer.

Basic: interview with HR, who doesn't even know how to properly explain what the vacancy is about, and then with the direct manager. In some cases, there is also a very superficial technical interview.

Only in one round, in my case, they needed to know about my knowledge of local Payroll legislation, and after that, about Oracle Tools, such as Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle PL/SQL.
