It was a nice experience. They came for hiring to our college campus; it was virtual, with a written test followed by two technical interviews and one hr interview. The written test was mainly on coding and cloud-related questions.

Had a phone screen two weeks after applying online. Follow-up was one week later. Another phone interview happened five days after the second phone interview. Finally, a live interview was conducted after three weeks. Seems like a slow process.

They interrogate references, and unauthorized references too. They only make a salary offer after interview and reference check. They offer above market rate for Ivy League fresh grads, but only half as much for top talent and industry experts. Th
