- Some internal processes are very comfy.
- If you have a good manager, you also have an opportunity to develop and grow.
- Rarely good managers are found.
- Speaking up is not seen positively.
- Very young managers with almost no experience also leads to worst performance management.
- No fairness when it comes to promotions.
- Salary is under average.
Work on employee retention. Only hire and promote experienced managers. Be fair on promotions in the management circle.
