Pros

I used to think work-life balance was important. But they are developing more of a micromanagement culture.

Cons

See review headline. People with 30 years of experience were let go without an opportunity to even say goodbye. Management seems to have no clue how bad morale is or even how we should be structured.

Advice to Management

Develop a plan. Stick with the plan for more than 6 months.
