You will get stupid work like bug fixing and production support tasks only, as most of their products are very old and long-running projects. For developers, there is no good work at all, and they will put you on multiple products, ask you to work, and expect a lot.
No one cares about the employee, including your manager. You don't even know your HR. HR is for the name's sake, and they won't be in touch with you at all. If there is any issue, you can't even raise your voice since there is no transparency in the company.
They acquire companies like anything. When they feel there is no revenue from the GBU, they simply lay off people.
