Good company to work.
The company has a very good work culture. Mostly, everyone is a very friendly and outgoing person. I have been working there for 9 years. In my product and team, the managers are good, the team is good, and the work-life balance is good.
Recently, they started a 5-day per week work-from-office policy in our org. Within Oracle, many orgs have only a 3-4 day per week work-from-office policy. That is something they can change. Hikes will not be that great, and you can't expect more than 10-15% easily. RSUs will also be limited.
Increase RSU Maximum 3 days work from the office.
