A good brand for your resume.
Extreme work pressure. Stupid bosses. 10 years with 1 hike. Horrible Oracle! Entire team speaks only 1 regional language and they talk in their own language, bullying people from other religions. HRs are useless and don't intervene even if unethical actions are performed. If we had labor laws in India, this company would have been sued.
Please get rid of managers and HRs from India. Absolutely useless. American managers and HRs will boost productivity by 2X at least and get rid of the pain of working with stupid bosses.
