Good opportunities to work on new technologies and explore career opportunities.
There is no job security if your vertical has not earned much in the financial year. Even though you are an excellent developer or manager, you will get fired just for the sake of restructuring.
In business, it happens that a vertical may not earn as expected in some financial years.
That doesn't mean a company starts firing people all of a sudden from that vertical.
In such a scenario, people should be given the opportunity to move to another vertical or receive six months' advance salary before being asked to leave.
