Work from home – but now WFH has become a problem since there's nothing like non-work hours now.
- No hike, no bonus.
- People who deliver are rewarded with more work but no perks.
- Management expects 200% output from underpaid engineers.
- The team is understaffed.
- Excellent colleagues, but everyone is so overburdened that people hardly have time to interact with each other.
- Politics and blame games in desperation.
There are smart people running this company. There have been several internal surveys, but things have gone from bad to worst. I don't think they care for advice from their employees.
