Totally depends on the manager
Apart from work-life balance, I couldn't see anything else during my short duration.
Less pay, too much bossism. In my case, my manager was really bad. He doesn't know how to respect the team.
Please teach management skills to managers.
Dear manager, please learn how to respect your team if you don't have that skill.
