For a company that makes billions in profit, they pay very little to the support teams that help get them to those profit levels.

The "great benefits" is used as an excuse to pay poorly.

Employees are thought to work here because "they have a passion for the job, and not here for the money".

Good luck getting any raises, let alone a raise with any value to it.

One $.10 cent raise was given with the statement "that is all we were allocated". Another raise was 1.2 percent.

They don't even provide enough of a raise to meet cost of living increases.

Start pushing "the board" to allocate more money for raises for those who actually do the work, and less money in the pockets of those already making a reasonable salary.
