Oracle has great benefits and flexible PTO for salaried positions.
Oracle has lots of positions, but when trying to move around internally, I didn't get any help from my direct HR representative.
Rarely are bonuses or raises/promotions given.
I don't really feel that the leadership cares about individual career growth and development.
