Great compensation and benefits. A positive atmosphere. Always a positive team feel. Didn't feel like anyone was more or less important than anyone else.
Getting bought out by Oracle was a pretty huge con, as my group was cut due to being redundant.
Since they no longer exist as a company, I don't think any advice I give is warranted.
