Pros

Worst company to work with, at least in India. Almost no pros.

The only pro is the flexible work hours.

Cons

Where to begin.

  • Zero HR policy. HRs are just for show; they don't have any powers. Everything depends on the manager.
  • Appraisal and hike/bonus are two different things. Two people with the same appraisal rating and the same experience under the same manager can get different hikes. It all depends on how much you "oil" your manager.
  • Since everything depends on the manager, everyone is busy "oiling" the manager, so the work culture is the worst.
  • Not at all transparent in its policies. Employees are asked not to discuss hike and bonus details with colleagues. It seems like it's a crime. :)
  • Since there's no HR, there's hardly any Friday fun or any activities.

Considering all these, it's not a good place to work.

Advice to Management

HRs should be given some powers and should not be fully manager-oriented. This is vitiating the work environment.
